Deposits & payment

How we handle deposits, balances and card fees for every charter.

A deposit holds your date

Once we confirm availability we send a deposit request. Your date is reserved as soon as the deposit is in.

Full payment is expected before the charter leaves the dock. Unpaid charters are canceled with no deposit refunded.

There is up to a 5% credit/debit fee on online deposits and on charter payments made electronically. These fees are non-refundable.

Secure online card payments are being set up. For now, request your date and we'll send a secure payment link and take the balance at the dock.
